Ashland Brewing Company

The concept of Ashland Brewing Company started in 2007, when the Uryasz family began discussing establishing a restaurant in Ashland, Nebraska, where the family has owned a cabin since 1969. After purchasing a building in downtown Ashland, work began to renovate the space and bring a local eatery to the area. Unfortunately, that building burned down on Christmas 2009.

Fast-forward to 2020, when the family wanted to try again. Purchasing roughly five acres of land on the corner of Highway 6/66, the Uryasz family envisioned something different: an entertainment district, Salt Creek Station, anchored by Ashland Brewing Company (ABC).

Featuring a 5 BBL brewhouse, two-story restaurant, and full bar on each floor, private dining/event/meeting spaces, four pickleball courts, a spacious yard with games and activities, multiple firepits and a truly one-of-a-kind rooftop deck.

At ABC there is something for everyone to do, even if that’s nothing at all.
