Eagle Springs Lodge is a cozy cedar log cabin with a large open area for hanging out with family or friends. It has four large bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths with bedding and towels supplied. It also has a fully-furnished kitchen. The more than 4,000-square-foot lodge was built with Nebraska grown cedar trees in 1971 and features a fireplace built with petrified cottonwood from the nearby Niobrara River. The lake features open-water and ice fishing. Wildlife such as water fowl, pheasants and deer are plentiful for viewing along the walking paths. The deck provides a great place to relax outdoors and BBQ. The lodge has a large snooker table, game table, satellite TV, DVD/VCR player and Nintendo Wii. We can make arrangements for hunting and other recreation.
