Are you looking to work cattle, have solid time in the saddle, and truly see what ranching is all about? If you’re looking for a true ranching experience in one of America’s unique landscapes, then Rowse’s 1+1 Ranch is what you’re looking for.
Set on the eastern edge of the Nebraska Sandhills just outside the town of Burwell, the 1+1 Ranch is a true working ranch. Each day’s activities are largely decided by the needs of the cattle. You will spend several hours each day in the saddle, helping cowboys work cattle, checking pastures, and roping and sorting. To do this work you need a good horse. You will be teamed up with a gentle, well-schooled, quarter horse that will be yours to ride as you complete daily ranch work with the Rowses.
The 1+1 Ranch accommodates up to 10 adults at a time. This isn’t the ranch for everyone and children aren’t allowed.
