Lake Minatare State Recreation Area

More than 2,000 acres of water with facilities for boaters, campers, fishermen and outdoor enthusiasts. Stone lighthouse open Apr 1-Sep, 9am-8pm daily. Key available at the office. Swimming beach open 7 days a week, 8am-sunset. All other areas open 24 hrs/day, 7 days a week, Jan 16-Oct 14. Closed Oct 15-Jan 15. Park permit required. Camping fee: $17 modern, $7 for all others.
