Crane Day: Housing Innovation in Motion

Housing Growth Partners (HGP) is swinging into action at N 25th St & Corby St in North Omaha! On Aug. 20 at 8:30 a.m., HGP, in partnership with Spark and with vital support from Nebraska’s Middle Income Workforce Housing Investment Fund, will be lifting into place four innovative modular townhome units that signal a bold new chapter in housing development for North Omaha. The experience will include front-row access to watch modular units delivered by crane to their permanent location and refreshments and community connection with Omaha’s housing, political, and creative communities.
