Speaker Series at The Durham: The Making of a Disney Exhibit

Join us for a special behind-the-scenes look at our blockbuster summer exhibition, Heroes & Villains: The Art of the Disney Costume, and discover how this extraordinary exhibit came to life — from curating the original costumes and stories to the newest additions from the films Cruella (2021) and Peter Pan & Wendy(2023). Arrive early for social hour and explore the exhibit before listening to tales of artistry and imagination behind Disney storytelling. Leading the conversation will be Matthew Adams, an exhibits manager with Walt Disney Archives, who previously managed projects showcasing such iconic brands as Avatar (2009) and The Simpsons, among many others.
