Boss City Brewing Co. Inside of Sam & Louie's

Boss City Brewing is a small, 1 BBL brewery located inside of Sam & Louie’s in the small town of Sidney, Nebraska. The brewery and restaurant are both owned by the charming couple, Melissa & Stan. Stan is the sole brewer of Boss City Brewing and was home brewing for many years before bringing his skills into the restaurant. Sam & Louie’s is a casual, New York style pizzeria and Italian restaurant. Boss City Brewing gets its name from the rough past of Sidney, where, in the late 1800’s Sidney was considered the toughest town on the tracks. Come in and enjoy a hand-crafted beer with a delicious pizza or classic pasta dish.
