The Plain's Bread basket

This is a great lesson in real life entrepreneurs. Our pioneers and the calvary and reservations needed bread, so Mr Neligh started all this to provide the flour. Then when the grasshopper plagues hit, he had to sell, but the dream caught and provided jobs and food for many years!
