If you took "selfies" in place of getting a booklet or digital stamp, there are two ways to submit your selfies:

PREFERRED: Use the following form to upload your selfies to this website. You CAN upload ALL your 2021 Passport selfies at one time!
Print and mail your selfies with your booklet prize entry.
