Haymaker District

Sitting right on the 100th Meridian, America’s symbolic 50-yard line, the Haymaker District is where Cozad’s creativity really comes to life. You’ll find colorful public art like Barn Quilts, Cozad Creates Palette Icons, Rhakenna’s Wings and the Sculpture Garden at the library. Plus, the Robert Henri Museum.

Nearby local favorites First Street Brewing Co. and Odyssey, visitors can find a playful nod to Hastings’ claim as the birthplace of Kool-Aid with window displays telling the story of how Kool-Aid came to be.
Grand Island Creative District
Spanning Railside and 4th Street, the Grand Island Creative District showcases the city’s vibrant spirit, cultural diversity and thriving arts scene.
