Stone Hollow Brewery is a local production brewery and tap house located inside the fully restored Mercantile Building. Offering quality adventurous beer and ciders in a unique historical setting. A new release is put on tap on a near-weekly basis, check them out on UnTapped. While the brewery does not have its own kitchen customers are encouraged to bring in their own food or have it delivered to their table. Our recommendation is a lavish style pizza and an order of portobello mushrooms from Valentino’s (call 402-223-3573 for delivery). This is a hot spot you just have to see!

The Beatrice Mercantile Building

This historic building was originally built in 1883 and finished renovations in 2018. The Mercantile Building is home to a multitude of businesses to check out. Shop Blue Bulldog Gift Shop, Blush Ceramic Studio, Gorgeous Hanger Boutique, Stone Hollow Brewery, The Mechanical Room (a prohibition-inspired speakeasy) and more shops soon to come! The whole building and outdoor patio are an entertainment district, which allows you to enjoy your drink from the brewery or Mechanical Room and take it with you as you do some shopping!
